Day 1 - After breakfast you will depart to Karlstejn Castle where you will be guided through the interiors of this remarkable gothic site. Then driving on to the most visited spa town of Karlovy Vary - a short walking tour through the collonnades will follow. Overnight in Karlovy Vary.
Day 2 - Leaving Karlovy Vary for another charming spa town Marianske Lazne -a short walking tour. Drive on to Pilsen and have an excursion in the Pilsner Urquell Brewery - a taste of beer is included. Then heading to the capital of South Bohemia - Ceske Budejovice - well-known for its wonderful market square. Overnight in Ceske Budejovice
Day 3 - In the morning depart to Cesky Krumlov - a UNESCO listed town - and visit the second largest castle in the country together with its unique baroque theatre. Afternoon departure for Prague via historical fortified town of Tabor (a short walking tour).

Day 1 - You will leave Prague for Konopiste Chateau. Before WWI it was the seat of the Austrian heir to the throne Franz Ferdinand de Este. You will be guided through representative rooms and will enjoy the rich collections of art, weapons and hunt trophies. Drive on to the south to visit Tabor - a short walking tour through this historical Town linked with the Hussite movement in the 15th century will follow. Depart for Ceske Budejovice - the capital of South Bohemia - proud of its unique market square. Break for lunch. Depart to Cesky Krumlov - "the pearl of the Renaissance" - also registered on the UNESCO list. You will be surprised by its preserved historical core which was terribly by the flood in 2002, but you will not notice it any more. Dinner in a special local restaurant available. Overnight in Cesky Krumlov.
Day 2 - Visit the castle in Cesky Krumlov. Departure to Trebon - a charming little spa town located in the area of many lakes and fishponds. A short walking tour. Drive on to Jindrichuv Hradec - another town with a Renaissance chateau and a beautiful centre. Telc will be the last destination of this day. The town is located in Southeast Bohemia and is also on the UNESCO list. For its square with gabled houses and Renaissance Chateau. Overnight in Telc.
Day 3 - Visit the chateau of Telc. Departure to Trebic - a smaller town linked with the history of the large Jewish community there. Then ahead to Brno - the capital of Moravia. A short walking tour. Overnight in Brno.
Day 4 - Depart from Brno to Moravian Karst - a special place where you will be guided through the caves and admire the formation of stalagmites and stalactites, then enjoy an exciting boat ride on the subterranean river Punkva. You also will see the Macocha Abyss. Lunch break. Depart to Kutna Hora - the UNESCO listed town which used to be the 2nd richest town in Bohemia (after Prague) due to its prosperous silver mining. You will admire the impressive Cathedral of St. Barbara and enjoy a short walk through the historical town. Drive back to Prague.

Day 1 - Depart for Jihlava - a medieval town which was rich due to its prosperous silver mines (short stop), then heading to the South to visit the wonderful Tudor Gothic Castle of Lednice (UNESCO listed) located near the Moravian border with Austria. Overnight in Brno - the capital of Moravia (a short walking tour).
Day 2 - Depart to Moravian Karst - a unique place where you will be guided through the caves and admire the formations of stalagmites and stalactites, then enjoy the exciting boat ride on the subterranean river Punkva. You also will see the Macocha Abyss. After a lunch break you will be driven to Olomouc - the former residence of bishops - with its wonderful square surrounded with historical buildings and the Renaissance Town Hall. Overnight in Olomouc.
Day 3 - Depart to Hradec Kralove. Here you will walk along the historical square and you will visit the impressive Gothic Church of the Holy Spirit. Then drive on to Turnov - a small town in North Bohemia situated in that part of the area called Bohemian Paradise. Here you can visit the Museum of minerals, jewellery and precious stones, or the Czech Garnet Manufacture. Shopping can follow. Drive on to Jablonec and overnight.
Day 4 - You will visit the beautiful area of Hruba Skala - the largest Rocky Town of Bohemian Paradise which is a real paradise for climbers and tourists. It is characterized by 400 sandstone rocky towers reaching the height of up to 60m, and by deep canyons. After a short walk through the forest you will get to Sedmihorky - a small charming spa town. Drive on to Liberec - a town with a renovated historical core. Go on up to the highest peak of this area- Jested (1012m)- with the TV tower, hotel, and a pleasant restaurant! Back to Jablonec and overnight.
Day 5 - Drive on to the West and visit the romantic Bezdez Castle from the 13th century which inspired many poets and composers. The view down the hill is amazing.Then you will go to Stare Splavy - one of the most popular holiday resorts with the largest lake of North Bohemia surrounded by sand beaches and forests. After lunch drive on back to Prague.

Day 1 - Leave for the capital of South Bohemia - Ceske Budejovice - famous for the production of the famous trade mark beer of Budweis.You will be guided through the brewery and will taste the beer. After a short stroll along the unique historical square with the arcades you will be driven to the UNESCO listed town of Cesky Krumlov situated on Vltava river.You will visit the impressive castle and have a walk in the town. Overnight in Cesky Krumlov.
Day 2 - Trebon will be your next destination. This charming little spa town is surrounded with hundreds of fishponds and forests and is proud of the Renaissance Chateau. A short stop will follow in Jindrichův Hradec - another Renaissance town with many beautiful buildings. The pearl of Moravian Renaissance will be your next stop - a small UNESCO listed town and Chateau of Telc. After a guided tour in the chateau and a short walk along the square you will go on to Brno - the capital of Moravia. An evening walking tour will follow. Overnight in Brno.
Day 3 - Depart to the most charming area near Brno- to the Moravian Karst. You will be guided in the stalactite caves and will see the Macocha Abyss. This tour also includes an exciting boat ride on the subterranean river Punkva. After lunch go on to the capital of the Slovak Republic - Bratislava - located on the river Danube. A short guided tour in the centre will follow. Overnight in Bratislava.
Day 4 - You will go ahead to the most wonderful part of Slovakia -to the High Tatra Mountains. The highest peak reaches up to 2654m. The mountains offer relaxation, wonderful views down from the tops, romantic valleys, blue lakes and remarkable fauna and flora. On the way you will have a lunch break and a short walk in the medieval town of Banska Bystrica. Overnight in the recreation centre of Tatrianske Matliare.
Day 5 - This day can be spent at leisure. Optional tours can be done - e.g. a visit to the settlement of Tatranska Lomnica, or the cable drive up to Skalnate Pleso (Rocky Lake) or Lomnicky Stit (Lomnicky Peak) or some walks in the countryside. You will enjoy this day off!
Day 6 - Depart up to the Polish border to the river Dunajec. After a visit of the former old monastery in Cervony Klastor you will enjoy a unique attraction - running the rapids of the Dunajec stream on wooden rafts amidst the wonderful natural scenery of the Pieniny National Park.The 9km-long route leads from Cervony Klastor and lasts for 70 minutes. Suitable for everybody! Then drive on to Rajecke Teplice - a charming restored little spa town. After a short stop by the lake go on to Zilina - a Slovakian historical town. Overnight in Zilina.
Day 7 - Leave Slovakia and stop in Roznov p/Radhostem. You will have a restful visit to the outdoor Wallachian Museum showing how people lived here, their habits and work of craftsmen.The Wooden Town shows old farmer houses, workshops, devices, a water mill, saw mill etc. Leave for Olomouc - a rich historical town with many fountains and a remarkable Town Hall. Go on to Hradec Kralove - a short walk along the square will folow. Overnight in Hradec Kralove.
Day 8 - Depart to Turnov - the centre of jewellery manufacture in North Bohemia - located in the Czech Paradise area. Visit the Museum of precious stones and jewellery. Then go on to Hruba Skala - the largest Rocky Town characterized by 400 rocky towers reaching the height of up to 60m. Then a short walk through the forest will bring you to the charming spa town of Sedmihorky. Drive on to Jested -the highest peak of this area with the TV tower and wonderful view down at the town of Liberec. Overnight in Jablonec n/Nisou.
Day 9 - On the way back to Prague you will stop in Melnik and visit the Chateau belonging once again to the Lobkowitz family. After a guided tour inside the chateau and after lunch you will have a chance to visit the wine cellar of Melnik and taste the local wine called Ludmila. Go on back to Prague.

Day 1 - In Prague. Check-in to a modern *** comfortable hotel in the city centre. By day, a walking tour of the historic city centre, including all the main sites. Evening at the Black Light Theatre or Folk Evening with Dinner in traditional Czech beer restaurant.
Day 2 - A morning tour of the city followed by a good lunch. Afternoon departure for Brno, the second city of CZ, and then to Mikulov, a small historical town with a Jewish heritage, and the centre of the Moravian wine district. Overnight in Mikulov, with a wine tasting in hotel restaurant.
Day 3 - After breakfast, depart for Bratislava, capital city of Slovakia, which sits on the River Danube. A short walking tour includes a visit to the Castle. Then on to Budapest, where our self catering accommodation will be in large luxurious apartment rooms with all facilities.
Day 4 - A city tour on foot and in our coach includes a visit to Buda castle, Hero's Square, Parliament building, Fishermen's Bastion, St Matthias Church and an optional cruise on the Danube.
Day 5 - Return to Prague via Szentendre, a charming small town with a Mediterranean atmosphere on the Danube, and overnight stay in the hotel as on Day 1.
